The second day of the conference continued also with a joint plenary session where Federal prosecutor Hajrija Hadziomerovic-Muftic, who is also the moderator of the entire conference, invited representatives of organizations and projects that support the Symposium, to greet the participants and briefly present their organizations and projects they manage. After that, the panel work began, where professor Elmedin Muratbegovic, from the Criminal Justice Department of the FKKSS University in Sarajevo, spoke on Panel IV (Violence Against Children in Digital Environment) on the legislative framework with reference to national and international legislation and phenomenology of the criminal offense of Cyber Crime, then Samira Huncek, a representative of the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina, who referred to institutional and referral mechanisms. Then, Amela Efendic, a professional associate of MFS-EMMAUS and the manager of the Internet SOS line for reporting the inappropriate content of exploitation and abuse of children in a digital environment – Sigurno dijete, gave a presentation on the action of the International Forum of Solidarity – EMMAUS, and then on reporting and analyzing cases of this criminal offense in BiH, presenting statistical data on the operation of the SOS line, and the efficiency of the same and procedural procedures they are achieved through. Afterwards, the participants interacted in the conclusions by asking questions to speakers and amongst each other, and some of the proposals are the ones that panel 4 moderator will present on a joint, last day of the conference, on Thursday, September 28, 2017.
